Meraki is inspired by a lovely woman named Coco. Coco came into our lives when we needed her most, and has been with us ever since. 2016 was tough for me. Early that year, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. During those months, she helped our family in the obvious ways, of course, but she also helped us in so many not-so-obvious ones. Having her around made me feel stronger and more equipped to deal with my health situation. Right from making fresh juices to just sitting next to me, she silently helped me a great deal. She is still a big part of our family, and we are truly lucky to have her. 

 

But that’s just our side of the story, let me tell you a little bit about her’s. When Coco came to us, she was in dire need of employment. She was also going through a difficult phase and looked for some stability. It was a perfect match! She is now employed with a few more families, and is making a significant difference in their lives as well. She is now helping build happier families and therefore a happier community.

 

The connection that we have with Coco is what we would like to replicate in your life. That is our mission. Our goal.
